Cancellation of Your Online Course

We hope you are delighted with your online course from ExP. However, if you wish to cancel for any reason, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your login details.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued if you have accessed your online course and/or started using your study materials.

To request a cancellation, please email info@theexpgroup.com. If your request meets our refund criteria — that is, it is made within 7 days of receiving your login details and you have not accessed any part of the course or study materials — we will process a refund of your course fee and terminate your enrolment.
